Dude was signed to be the #2 option, and now almost two years after the injury, he has less than 20 points in the last three games on 20% shooting. wtf is wrong with this guy, did he lose it for good?

It seemed like he was playing well at the end of the season. No idea what is up now but he has been getting plenty of minutes.

Strange season for Boston.

Hard to do anything when you never get the ball and aren't involved in the offense. Do any of you actually watch the games? Eighty percent of the time he's just put in the corner to spread the floor. There are no plays run for him. He's not a spot up shooter. If you want him to be effective you have to give him the ball and let him do his thing and also give him some picks to work off of. Just look how effective he was in game 1. He had 13 points on 5/8 shooting and 5 assist. The last 3 games, though, he's been basically ignored by his teammates. This is on Brad more than anything. He needs to make it clear Hayward needs to be involved when he's out there.

he's hit 1/13. Things is "Average Al", brown, and morris have shot really well this series and all over 15ppg. Cant shit on them offensively. It's just not enough without kyrie and/or tatum however.

Dude do you realize the mental fragility in the gruesome disgusting injury he had in front of the world?

It would take anybody at least a full year or two to remove that mentally in order to move as explosive and gracefully as they once did. It’s clearly hindered his game this entire season. And he still working over the mental hurdle.

OP you’re a moron. Who clearly has never played ball.

Kyrie needs to play better.

They need the same defensive tenacity and togetherness they showed in game one to limit Giannis.

Jaylen Brown, and Jayson Tatum need to figure this shit out and someone needs to sacrifice a little for the good of the team. Somebody needs to sacrifice offense for defense. They need more investment on that end.

And given how athletic they are, if they did do that, it would create so many easy transition points for each one of them to get confidence.

shit and regression happens. This is really bad however, it's like a guarantee his next playoff run is better. Tbf he did shoot over 50% from 3 in the first round.

lol Calling those two bums when Kyrie has been complete trash the last 3 games. It's not even just the fact that he's missing shots either. His continuous shot jacking early in the clock just sucks the energy and enthusiasm out of the rest of the team. If Kyrie wasn't there I guarantee you both Tatum and Hayward would be playing much better in this series.

He’s 19/62 the last 3 games (30.6%)

Hayward is coming off of a gruesome injury and Tatum is a 2nd year player and he's calling them out instead of the "superstar" (he's never actually been a real superstar player with a superstar impact) playing like trash on the team. :oldlol:

I'm sorry, but if you're getting 30 million a year and you score 2 points in a playoff game in 27 minutes, you need to get called out, injury or not.
That is the least of their concerns. I

The difference is good things actually happen to the Celtics when Hayward is involved. We've seen that all season long with Hayward. He's actually a good playmaker. When he's been involved and scored over 14 points they had a tremendous record. Giving the ball to Carmelo and letting him do the only thing he knows how to do (ie low efficient ball stopping offense) just completely ruins your teams offense in general at this point. This is all without bringing up the fact that he's a complete sieve on the defensive end and basically unplayable because of it. That you are trying to use Carmelo as some type of comparison doesn't surprise me. Just more nonsense to add to your resume of dumb shit takes.
