This is pro sports, we need the best of the best out there. Not some nonsense "equality"garbage. We need real equality where the best person for the job regardless of age/sex/religion etc. Saying half should be women is opposite of equality because that likely means someone is being discriminated on based on sex. Very unlikely that the top 30 refs(are almost any profession) are equally split between men and women.
