Amazing what a man can do when Lebron isn't hovering over you. Lebron makes players depressed. Hood finally found happiness playing in Portland.

Hood with Cleveland - 11/3/2/1 on 53.3% TS

Hood with Portland - 10/2/1/1 on 54.9% TS

Hood in the 1st round - 3/1/1 on 35% TS

No doubt that he's having a great series, but lets not act like he had a great season.

Also, Ty Lue was a dumbass for not playing him more in the PO's.

Hood basically did nothing different during the RS since he was traded to the Cavs then he did last year playing with LeBron. As AJ said, too, he was terrible in the first round. Acting like he's some different player since he's not playing with LeBron because he's having a good 6 games is moronic. Not surprising, though. This lines up with a lot of your takes.

The bar is set so low in portland that its practically no pressure..."house money" as some would say.Once an ounce of expectation is put on him, he will turn back into R__ney H___.Portland will be favorited over an injury riddled GSW with no bench...just so everyone knows.

Same goes for hill.Once his teammates start expecting him to do this game in and game out, the bed wetter will return

The Blazer didn't need the bench in the first round as Dame took out that trash by himself.

Post his second round numbers.

Lol Portland won't even be favored to win game 7 let alone beat the defending two time champs. Stop trying to take pressure of Golden State. I think Nuggets or Blazers could f*ck them up.

He played 20 minutes a game. More than what he played with the Cavs. :oldlol:

Both of them have had more impact that your lover ever did in his pathetic 20 season career.

He's good as long as you use him right and don't think he's a starter or go to guy and you can live with all the games he'll miss because and the inconsistency

Rodney hood cant handle pressure. Skills were never doubted. He just struggles with major pressure. Even at duke

Practically a wash with Iman Shumpert if they meet next round. Who also plays a bit closer to Trevor Ariza

Lebron left Cleveland and Hood and company barely won any games.. Credit to Hood for performing this series.. He could always get his own shot but for some reason his shot was just not falling in CLEVELAND last season with Bron or THIS SEASON WITHOUT BRON..

WEST BASKETBALL IS JUST SOFT AND EASIER.. Plus there ARE no expectations in PORTLAND..

LEBRON THE GOAT :applause:

Hood in the WCSF is averaging 16 ppg on 60%FG with 58% from 3.
Hill in the ECSF averaged 14 ppg on 60%FG with 47% from 3.

BOTH ARE BETTER WITHOUT LEBRON.

Hood is just too big for the nuggets backcourt. he adds a new dynamic to the blazers perimeter players. fun to watch.
