Except the Warriors were already great & Curry was emerging as a superstar in 2013/14... 33/5/9/3 on 69%TS in Game 7 vs Clips, Cliff Paul gets away with fouling him on the game-winner attempt that should have put the Warriors up 2 - 1 after Game 3..

So it's going to be like the first movie, in a way. in SJ1 the aliens stole the "magic power" of Shawn Bradley. In the sequel, they'll steal the "magic power" of the Lakers front office.

I remember Curry being pegged as a future superstar as far back as 2013, when the Warriors lost to the Spurs in the WC semis. Granted, not all the players pegged as future superstars make the leap, but to suggest that Curry was just dogmeat until Kerr came along is completely wrong.

Just a retarded take. He was a blue chip prospect out of college. He was all-nba 2nd team before Kerr was his coach.
