What you guys think? I loved this game but never beat it (started it 3 times since 2003 on emulator!). The psx graphics were a complete turnoff.

Reminds me of the Aeris vs Tifa arguments gamers had since the very start (calling her Aeris in original ff7 rather than Aerith, come fight me if you have a problem!). Aeris looks truly beautiful in trailer, but I really want to see Tifa. As a teenager, I had huge crush on Tifa. Feels bit odd now crushing on an animated character :lol

Anyways, we have to go through Aeris' death all over again :(

I see people complaining about Barrett's voice.. Who cares? Barrett was a chill dude.. He deserves a chill voice.

I thought Cloud was an awesome character. Bit shallow at times but I always thought he was cool. Poor chap has to go through a love triangle all over again with 2 drop dead gorgeous girls and lose one of them again :(

Sephiroth had awesome style even though I hated the little ba$tard! I hope they don't mess him up.

I cannot wait for this game!

Final fantasy 7 was a good game but I enjoyed 9 a lot more. There was better character development, music, and a better storyline. Same with FFX

was a great game for it's time, even though i could never get on board with the silliness of it. i liked the gameplay. today though, a game like divinity original sin 2 shits all over it, at least from a gameplay perspective. the combat in that game is so deep.

after watching the trailer, it looks nowhere near as silly or goofy as the original.

yeah I liked that game when I was a kid. i haven't bought a console since N64. I might have to buy a ps4 to play it.
