AD has been an empty stats player the last couple of years.

This is pure speculation but I say Zion. He's not only got the God level athleticism but also the amazing desire to compete. So he's going to maximize his talents. The way he was all over the court at Duke reminded me of a college MJ. From the crazy blocks, end to end ability, sheer athleticism, etc. Just his activity and willingness to compete on every play. THIS GUY WANTS IT and that makes all the difference in the world. He also cares deeply about D, just like MJ did.

There's no real way of telling, I'll go with AD because he's a proven elite-tier player in the NBA with an all-around game Zion only hopes to have.

A lot of factors in play here, whether the Pelicans trade him or AD & how Zion develops on the next level.
