Showing appreciation to only poster besides me who recognizes Durant's horrible team defense is creating chain that's making Warriors team and individual players look worse.

Remember the 3 games Kawhi played against Warriors in 2017.

1) Season opener regular season game in Golden State. Spurs blew them out and Kawhi scored like 40 points.
2) Regular season game in San Antonio. No Durant and Warriors blew Spurs out and shutdown Kawhi and Aldridge
3) Playoffs game in Golden State. Spurs had a big lead before Zaza injured Kawhi. He had like 25 points at that point in game.

Spurs are not only team this happens to. I have seen Warriors consistently destroy Thunder (remember blowout game on ABC) and Rockets (game 5 and 6) without Durant but struggle against them when he plays.

Haha, thanks (just seeing this now). This entire time I wondered if I was making myself look like a nut on ISH for going against the grain in constantly speaking to KD's deficiencies during this year and last- while he was being celebrated by seemingly everyone in sports print and TV.

While I want the best for the Warriors (and KD), it is kind of gratifying that since the injury, people can finally see what I saw -- in the difference in GSW with him out.
