Giannis is great, but you can't put him above Kawhi. Kawhi may be the best player in the playoffs so far, and has way more experience than Giannis.

Giannis is the more dominant player. He was getting his teammates wide open shots all game long, something Kawhi doesn't really do. Also, on top of being the most versatile defender in the league Giannis is also one of the best rim protectors as well. Giannis is the greater player.

Kawhi is a better scorer, and is also clearly an elite defender...idk why you are bringing up defense for Giannis when Kawhi has been one of the best defenders for awhile.

Giannis is a slightly better passer/playmaker but it doesn't offset Kawhi's scoring advantage...let's be honest Giannis travels/carries A TON.

Giannis is the more unselfish player yet he still outscored Kawhi this season. In Giannis' last two seasons he has a higher ppg than any season in Kawhi's career. Kawhi is a more well rounded scorer but Giannis is a more unstoppable scorer. And Kawhi is a great defender but Giannis has a bigger impact on that end with his versatility and ability to guard the rim. Giannis' superiority in rebounding and passing is also somewhat substantial. He's a better player than Kawhi and he's clearly the best player in the east.
