Anyone remember this show. It was in the same vien as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.


I was listenin' to some Prince, and somehow, the 'V.R. Troopers' theme song came to my mind. That was a funky/new wavish ass theme.

then I read wikipedia and found out they spliced in footage from 3 DIFFERENT japanese superhero shows. go figure. save money

I definitely remember it. I'd watch it with my uncle in the mornings (he was like 3 years older than me). I still remember the theme song, "Troopers! Three! Virtual Reality!"

Oh yeah Power Rangers was on the top echelon. Green Ranger Tommy was my imaginary alias as a kid. The best part was stealing one of my parents' watches and acting like it was a morpher. Then playing a fake flute like I was the Green Ranger :oldlol:

When I was like 8 I had gotten a Power Rangers toy that had all of the zords and they could transform and combine. I didn't leave my room for days.
I was so jealous of one of my friends. He got the power ranger joints that were like over a foot tall and made noise and shit. I got the lil army figure sized ones that didn't do shit.

i'm trying to remember an 80s (or maybe 70s?) american or english (not japanese) TV series that featured power rangers-like characters. basically the plot was about humans wearing powered-up costumes vs robots/machines. among the robots, there was one pterodactyl-like flying robot and a huge robot that has catterpilar tracks on its feet. the humans also had a dude with a jetpack that they match-up against the flying robot. their mask doesnt cover the entire face, you can see their mouth. that's all i can remember :(

Aura Power. Bioman and Maskman were the first 2 Super Sentai Series in the Philippines. Blue Mask had a cameo Appearance in the latest Sentai Series.
