Steph, Klay, & Draymond without Durant:

8-3 in playoff series, 1 title in 4 years

With Durant:

10-0 in playoff series, 2 titles in 2 years

This dude is really including the 2013 Warriors with 2nd year Klay, rookie Dray, no Iggy and Mark Jackson as coach with the current Warriors

Oh wait, I forgot, OP's the guy who tries to argue Parker is better than Curry because he has a FMVP :lol

One day Curry might be the best player in a Finals series instead of being 2nd or 3rd. Could be this year...who knows?

I remember the days when Parker would consistently outplay Steph and knock him out of the playoffs. I also remember when Parker held Curry to his worst shooting game ever. Wish their primes would have overlapped.

Dude is completely delusional about Parker. He’s either madly in love with TP or he is TP.

I also remember the series when the Warriors were up by 16 with 3:55 to go and Parker brought them back to win the game. It was Curry

Like I said, I’m pulling for Curry to get that FMVP. He has a real chance I think.

And when you think about it, the Blazers are a great team. Compares with Parker knocking out the Kobe/Shaq Lakers.

Warriors were 4-2 in the 16 playoffs one loss by 1 pt without Steph ironically both against the Blazers and Rockets........they were up 2-1 without Steph pre KD against this team LMAO

Draymond averaged 22/11/8/2/1 in those games and just came off a 37/9/8 game........

Portlands always been a joke in the playoffs and are the worst defense in the playoffs outside the Nets with Nurkic out

I'm still shocked Curry ever became this good. I know it's been 5 years now...but when he was at Davidson...you just couldn't imagine this guy possibly being the best player in the league and leading one of the most dominant dynasties of all time...

How the F did Curry get this good??????

Tony Parker in the 2003 WCF: 14.8/2.8/3.5/1.0/0.0 on 48.5 TS%

Tim Duncan: 28.0/11.8/4.8/0.3/1.3 on 57.5 TS%

But sure, Parker was the one knocking them out.
Seriously, what is that about?

ninephive
05-21-2019, 12:27 AM
Yeah, it was Parker knocking them out with his 15 ppg on 49%TS, not apex Duncan :lol
For sure, just like Iggy or KD carrying Steph.

When Parker knocked out Curry, he wasn't a superstar then. This version of Curry would take Parker's soul Shang Tsung style. Once 2015 hit, we've seen how hard it is and how many things need to go right to beat them (2016 finals).
Lol prime Parker was unstoppable. Put a decent defender on Curry and he just defers to better players like KD. Prime Parker didn

Parker carrying? He played with arguably a top 5 all time player, lay off the drugs.
Parker won a title with no other All-Stars and no All-NBA teammates. Has Curry ever even won with only 1 other or has it always been multiple?

I already addressed it. If you give Curry credit for any of his Finals wins as the #2 option, then give Parker credit for his.

Curry has never been close to as bad in the finals as 14.8 PPG on 48.5 TS%

Yah of course. Curry never made it to the Finals as a 20-year old in his 2nd season. Here were Curry’s first seasons in the NBA:

09/10 - Record: 26-56
10/11 - Record: 36-46
11/12 - Record: 23-43

Dude didn’t even get close to making the playoffs until Draymond showed up. And didn’t get close to making the Finals until he got Kerr.

Dude was a nobody until the greatest team of all-time was assembled around him.

He sounds like he's off his meds. It even sounds like he appreciates Parker over such an incredible freak as Timmy D.
This is the same guy who has been arguing for years Parker is better than CP3. I realize Curry is better than CP3 but CP3 is still a top 5 PG ever so this is nothing new for ninephive.

Curry got drafted to arguably the worst run team in the league. Parker got drafted to Duncan & Pop. All that needs to be said really
A Duncan and Pop that were getting swept by the Shaq/Kobe Lakers until Parker showed up.

parker isn't even a top 5 PG in the 00s decade. kidd, nash, cp3, davis, and billups > parker
Hahaha is this a list of everyone that Parker repeatedly knocked out of the playoffs every year?

Or a list of 5 guys that combined for 1/4th the championships that Parker has? Lol, these statpadding losers!

Steph is obviously great but he wasnt anything special before Draymonds emergence. It got to the point ppl were pretending he was a good defender:oldlol:

Steph/Draymond are a near perfect duo. They compliment each others strengths and weaknesses on both ends very well. Its no coincidence these dudes play almost all of their minutes together and are by far #1 duo in minutes played over the past 5 years

itd be interesting to see them both on different teams

[QUOTE]Now comes the mind-blowing part -- let's take Draymond out of the equation and leave Curry by himself a cast of role players. No Durant. No Thompson. No Green.

With Curry rolling solo, the Warriors are still plus-14.3 in 216 minutes of action. That

Do you have Kobe/Shaq over Duncan because they repeatedly beat him in the playoffs.

1999 - Duncan sweeps Shaq/Kobe (4-0)
2001 - Kobe/Shaq over Duncan (4-0)
2002 - Kobe/Shaq over Duncan (4-1)
2003 - Duncan over Kobe/Shaq (4-2)
2004 - Kobe/Shaq over Duncan (4-2)

I put Duncan over both Kobe and Shaq because he accomplished as much (more actually) without another top 10-15 player (like they had in each other).

Of course, after they broke up, Kobe started missing the playoffs and ended his career as a bottom feeder and Shaq tried to ring-chase and ended up a washed-up journeyman.

Robinson, Ginobili, Parker, Bowen were not scrubs. Lakers we're top heavy but Spurs were pretty well rounded.
