The real question is has KD surpassed bronny as well?
His collusion is worse but bron paved the way for him... i cant decide :confusedshrug:

I'd rank them
1. LeBron (when healthy is still the best in the world in my eyes)
2. Kawhi (i'm too stubborn to rank him over LeBron but he's been the best in the world this year)
3, KD
4. Curry (if he wins FMVP he moves into the top 3)
5. Giannis (he got exposed a bit this series but he's still the MVP and had a atg season prior to the Raptors series)
6. Harden
7. AD ( not proven enough in the playoffs to be top 6)

Awww, that's cute. :oldlol:
This ain't 2012 when there was no doubt it was LeBron, KD has an argument and Kawhi is just flat out better at both ends of the court.

Lebron Kawhi KD Curry Harden. In no particular order.

2019 LeBron has no case for being a top 5 player in the game.
KD
Curry
Kawhi
Harden
Giannis
That's the top 5.

This year
LeBron 27/8/8 51%
Kawhi 26/7/3 49%
LeBron wasn't even 100% and playing in a garbage system and still put up better numbers than Kawhit this season

Thank you for your objectivity, though I'd wavering on KD and Kawhi. KD's the more explosive scorer but Kawhi's done something I have yet to see KD do, put a team on his back and carry them to the finals. KD isn't in the position where he's had to do that....and he failed to do it in OKC and not through lack of talent or opportunity....so for me Kawhi's got a slight edge *right now*. It doesn't help that Golden State hasn't skipped a beat in his absence. In general this is the first time in a while where there's no clear cut obvious best player, which I think is a good thing.
Lebron needs to re-establish his place in the hierarchy next year.

Both in-terms of impact and who I'd rather have THESE playoffs
Curry/Kawhi
Kawhi/Curry
Durant
LeBron
Harden/Jokic
That exact order.
Giannis is a good dude but I think his offense is easy to exploit. Like Simmons, he desperately needs a jumpshot.

Nice stats but LeBron's impact, especially on defense, has been negligible.
Kawhi impacts a game on both sides of the ball, he's just better now and leading his team to the Finals. LeBron's best days are behind him...time to face facts.

Why did LeBron have a higher defensive RPM then?
If Kawhi is so impactful how come the Craptors went 17-5 without him whilst the Lakers went 5-17 without LeBron
Something is not adding up...

Lebron is the 5th best player in the league. Players who can't take their team in the playoffs don't deserve to be in the top 3

Steph is top 3 w/ Kawhi and KD. I would say Giannis and Harden/Jokic for 4 and 5.

Because LeBron played 20 more games.
That's why.
When official RAPM comes out, Kawhi will be right there on offense. His defense will be TIERS better though.

If it wasn't for LeBron's history, he would be much further than 5th. Anyone who thinks he's anywhere near top 3 is either a stan or dumb as rocks.

On this site that's a distinction without a difference in most cases.
