That's it. Don't want to hear if Durant comes back or if Durant doesn't come back or any other bullshit excuses or reasons or if soandso gets injured or whatever the **** else.

Straight up... who is winning? That's it.

If GS don't win, TOR will take it, but it will be GS.

So we're sitting on almost 90% of ISH thinking Golden State is going to win.

If Toronto loses, GS wins, but if Toronto wins, then GS loses.

I'm gonna need Kawhi to get 1 so he can walk away with no regrets and not get boo'ed when he visits the Raps on the road.

Let's just say.. the Raptors will play the Warriors tougher than any other team this playoffs, including Houston of course. That means we're in for a very close series.

This is a series that will showcase Lowry outperforming Curry in many stretches, and the Raptors role players stepping up in tandem with Kawhi Leonard's lethal two-way attack.

With a hobbled Durant whose status is still completely up in the air, it certainly opens the door that much wider for Toronto to mount a historic defeat. We've seen Steph falter under pressure numerous times in the past on the big stage. Some players just arent built for the grand stage, so it's something to pay attention to as the series moves forward.

I will touch on a couple more details and elaborate on why I think Toronto is an extremely tough match-up for the Warriors without healthy Durant

... has a 66% chance of losing a finals series, no matter how stacked they are :lol

Gun to head? Yeah... Warriors... People were saying the Bucks had too much firepower for the Raptors, lol.

Toronto

Suffocating D... 6-7 players deep as good, athletic, experienced defenders..

And the all-important closer

All this assuming no Durant

Better question is will GSW need games 5-7?

jstern

It depends on a lot of factors so it's really hard to tell. How many games will Durant play? How many games will cousin's play? Will it affect their chemistry? So it's hard to tell. Overall, I think Golden States has the advantage so I think they will probably, maybe win. And if not then Toronto will win.

Raps in 5 or 6 after their goat defense figures our GSW

you don't want Kawhi fighting thru 100% of the picks, especially at the end of shot clocks -ideally, the defense is clicking/a step ahead so that switches are timely, i.e. Kawhi's teammates are closing out on Kawhi's man a fair amount of the time on various Warrior plays, not Kawhi.. it might take a game or 2 for the Raptors' goat defense to get a handle on the Warriors' plays, but Raps in 5 or 6

I've got Raptors in 5. Doesn't make a ton of sense, but just have a feeling we are going to see the 04 Pistons / 11 Mavs finals.

I don't think Kawhi has the help he needs to beat the Warriors. GSW in 5-6.

I think it's a matter of Raptors withstanding the Warriors' 3rd quarter blitz, either by having a few-possession lead going in or mitigating the damage with its defense. If they do that so that the games are close down the stretch, all bets are off. I feel like they almost HAVE to win home court though. I can't really see them stealing a game at Oracle.
