Unlike Jennings and Mudiay, he supposedly has no college eligibility concerns. Will be interesting to see if this starts a trend.

New Zealand is a different country from Australia.

Good. NBA shouldn't be allowed to keep someone out if they want to leave after HS. Screw the NCAA... they make money off you and give you a college education that the best players don't even need/use/have any interest in.

Totally man! Screw free education!! What the hell could you possibly learn at Duke or other elite schools that graduate future millionaires every semester !!!

As some of us have stated, nobody is forcing you to go to college.

Just another example.

Let's be honest, the academic component is a total for the majority of those who are one and done.

Dude how would you know? They are obviously friends with a lot of their classmates and those guys can open up many doors for them in life...Jahlil Okafor went one and done and he still takes classes at Duke in the summer time, but I never see a thread or instagram post about that? Same thing with Westbrook, CP3, and KD... The best part about college is networking with the great classmates you meet, you cannot put a price on that

Anyways RJ Hampton better turn out to be good. Being the #1 guard means jackshit... look at Trevon Duval, Marquise Teague, Isaiah Briscoe, Tyus Jones, Andrew Harrison, Marcus Paige... all #1 ranked point guards, and none of them are doing much of anything but they can always go back to university
