I was reading the ESPN article about the Lakers dysfunction, and here's a quote from near the end of the article.

Jerry Buss died in February 2013. In the six seasons since, during which Jeanie Buss has principally been in charge of the organization, the Lakers, with 329 losses, are tied with the New York Knicks for the most in the NBA.

From a fully functional contender to this...

Terrible place for the Lakers right now. Magic really helped do the organization in. Sell the team Jeannie.

I had a thread about it not long ago. It's time she sells.

No question that the Lakers haven't been the same since Jerry died.

But that org chart. It's a piece of crap. Unless someone within the Lakers front office designed it, it's just guesswork. And I know from personal experience that even if someone within the organization tries to draw a functional org chart, there are tons of relationships they just don't know about.
