I would sign him for sure but not for a MAX. He's at the tail end of his prime and while he's a bonafide star he does carry drama with him as well. In that sense, if Bran wants him - and we've known he does for a while now - he better work his Magic and have him take a paycut. Otherwise fvck off.

Butler could be interested in joining us all he wants, but we badly need a perimeter player who could make volume 3s at a nice rate. There's no way I'm going with Butler over Kemba or Kyrie. Lakers NEED to sign a good 3-point shooter. Butler has many great qualities but he's a headcase and not better than KCP from three so that's a pass from me.

Butler is just what Dallas needs. A tough-ass dude to whip Doncic and lame-ass Porzingis into shape. Just make sure a couple hard-nosed vets are there too so he doesn't go stir crazy. I think he may actually be from Dallas, too. Instead they'll probably try to max out Middleton.
