Kobe began playing basketball at 2.

With a supportive experienced dad.

Now how would Hakeem, who picked up a basketball first time as a teenager do, and how would Lebron fare with a dad?

I say hypothetically Lebron would be more disciplined, serious, smarter, and tougher with a dad ,thus making him superior to MJ.

I say Hakeem would clown MJ as well with 13 years of additional experience especially playing during the formation of his early child development brain.

Far worse.

It takes a special personality to stay hungry when well fed.

See 99.9% of all great athletes' kids.

Jordan, Magic, Bird, etc...no hunger.

Hakeem already had GOAT skill... he didnt have much room for improvement in that regard. Plus having a foundation of soccer gave him elite footwork few big men have.

Lebron probably would be mentally tougher and better.
