2008 ECSF: Holds Paul Pierce to 19 PPG on 40% Shooting.

2010 ECSF: Locks Paul Pierce down to 14 PPG on 35%.

2011 ECF:

Game 4 with LeBron on Rose: Rose went 0-5 with 1 Turnover.
Game 5 with LeBron on Rose: Rose went 1-10 with 2 Turnovers.

In the series Rose shot 6.3% against LeBron.

The Lowest on ANY Player in his CAREER that defended Rose on 5 or more Plays/Possessions.
Via ESPN Stats & Info: "Derrick Rose shot 6.3 percent from the floor in the series when defended by LeBron James."

2012 1st Round:

Locked down Carmelo Anthony to 42% 52-124.

2013 ECF:

Locked down Paul George in the 2013 ECF Game 7, holding him to 7 points on 2-9 shooting.
PG couldn't even get a position let alone score on LeBron. David West couldn't even get the Ball with LeBron defending him.

2013 Finals:

With LeBron on Parker, Parker scored 0 Game 6 Overtime Points on 0-4, and 0 Game 7 2nd Half Points.

Shut down Tony Parker 2 straight games:
Game 6: 6-26 =23%
Game 7: 3-12 =25%

2014 ECSF:

Waning minutes in the close-out Heat are down, LeBron takes turns on Joe Johnson and guards him fiercely, blocks him in an isolation possession then strips him at the buzzer.

Lebron played perfect defense on Joe. Forearm low and other hand high.

2014 Finals:

In Game 5 LeBron held Parker to 1-10 through 3 quarters.

2016 ECF:

Viciously shuts down DeMar DeRozan who shoots below 30% guarded by James.

-2016 Finals:

Curry shot 1/12 (8%) when guarded by LeBron in the 2016 Finals.

And I haven't even written down much since then but he blocked Thomas a shit ton in 2017, just like he did Rondo over the years; and he locked PG down in some key possessions in '17 also.

Ya know, for future reference

How did his playoff resume look this year?

Asking for, you know, future reference.

LeBron: First year in West, fails to make playoffs.

Kawhi: First year in East, makes finals and avoids getting swept.

I mean, I expected this response, but not from you.

You dont appreciate this (defense)?

The insecurity is mindboggling to me.

Most of these guys were doubled/tripled with James rarely covering them 1 on 1

lol at "locking down Parker", he injured his hamstring in the middle of the series and didn't look the same, they were constantly trapping him and letting Danny Green shoot wide open 3s. Only Parker possession we remember is Tony hitting that dagger in Lebron's face in Game 1.

I'll give you Melo/PG/JJ, but Lebron wasn't shutting down smaller guards.

IT played injured in the 2017 ECF and it ended up costing him at least a hundred million. Imagine fat Bron chasing a 5'8 guard lmao. He did have that one highlight block.

Most of these examples are weak as hell. Giving Lebron credit for Miami's defensive schemes and the injuries to opposing guards.
