2009 - huge -550 favorite vs Magic, who were missing their all-star PG

2010 - huge -250 favorite again, but lost 2-1 lead after checking out of series

2011 - :facepalm

2014 - faced old dudes with even odds, but lost by record blowout

2017 - prime Kyrie averaged 29 in the Finals, but Love was marginalized and the team was massively out-assisted

2005 - missed playoffs despite having the East all-star center and a 14/10 PF

2013 - all but lost the series despite better talent and favorite status, but RayRay saved his legacy

Which series did Jordan have comparable talent to the 2007 Cavs, and made the Finals?

He would've made it every year if his toughest Eastern comp was the 07' Pistons

The only teams MJ lost to were the goat celtics, goat pistons, and the peak Shaq/Penny Magic (when the bulls had no chemistry and MJ was rusty)... Oh, and the best bucks team ever in mj's rookie year

That's it - MJ beat every other team, including teams better and more talented than the 07' Pistons, like the 89' Cavs

Jordan lost in the ECF and 2nd round with an all star teammate in 1990 and 1995

LeBron won a championship without another all star teammate in 2016

Which series did Jordan lead everyone in everything?
Which series did MJ lose with comparable talent or odds to the opponent like Lebron did many times? That's the thread topic

Which series did Jordan lead everyone in everything?

You mean which series was MJ westbrooking or harden'ing?.. where the opponent's top 3 defenders were either hurt or suspended? (Dray/Iggy/Bogut)

MJ didn't get lucky like that.. neither Kobe

but even though lebron caught breaks to win by westbrooking in 16', this style normally led to his teams being the "clippers of the Finals" (mostly doormats in the Finals and getting destroyed)

And which series did Lebron average 40, or win a Finals averaging 10-20 more than his 2nd option (winning as a 1-man show on offense)?

2Ball why do you talk so much about LeBron?
I said I would rub it in if he missed the playoffs.. so I've been doing that

And i'll retire as a regular poster if the Raps win.. I'll be like oldschool and post a few times a year

Which year did MJ play such weak comp to make a Finals as lebron's 07'?

You answer mine or the thread topic and I'll answer yours

Or you can answer this one - which series did Lebron average 40, or win a Finals averaging 10-20 more than his 2nd option (winning as a 1-man show on offense)?

Why did Jordan lose in the 1st round 3 times and win fewer playoff series in the same #of playoff runs as LeBron (13 to 13)

No one would criticize if Lebron's 8 seeded Lakers lost to the 1 seeded Warriors - 8 vs 1 losses are never criticized because it's the worst odds in sports

Infact, it's a boost to MJ's legacy and mystique that most of his losses happened with the worst odds - you'd expect that of the goat

Furthermore, nearly all young stars miss the playoffs in their first few years like Durant, Giannis, Curry, Lebron, Kyrie, etc, etc, etc... So mj did better then them by making the playoffs - if MJ was missing the playoffs and the team missed that experience, it would've taken the Bulls longer to build a champion

And he won fewer playoff series because he had to play the goat celtics in the first round, while lebron played the 40-win, Arenas Wizards

3ball, do you have a job and what is it? And yes I realize this is an alien subject in your Bran/Ordan obsession, but please answer.

No, LeLost bricked the game tying shot, only to be saved by Ray Allen.

MJ drops 55 on the best defense in the league, on the road

"Hes the GOAT!! It's like he never quit these last 2yrs.

Loses in 2nd round with All-NBA Pippen at both ends of the floor

"He's rusty!!!!! No time for team chemistry!!!!"

I'll never forget the look on MJ's face when he was walking to the bench after Nick Anderson humiliated him :oldlol:

Literally every player on the roster was different from the first 3-peat except Scottie - so yes, there was no chemistry with MJ coming back for the last 17 games

And Pippen didn't show up that series, while MJ was too rusty to carry the bulls over the hump

His raw production was fine but his impact stats were half their normal value, equal to his Wizards years

OP right on the money.

If Bran couldn't build dynasty teamwork and elite team play it must be that (according to his tards):

His teammates are sh1t.
Thus Bran's team are an underdog.

Rinse and repeat.

No matter the spin however....one thing is a constant in all of Bran's failures: Lebron.
