The East was inevitably going to improve whether he was still there or not, Bucks/76ers/Celtics were on the rise and the Raptors landed Kawhi who is a huge upgrade over DeRozan

but it is interesting that the top of the East looks better than the West and that happened as soon as LeBron switched conferences
