Curry is not a big game player is amazing shooter and pressures D like no other from outside but he is not a guy who can constantly control a gm and has definitely had no go to moments for legacy in finals play. No finals MVPs is sad.

His 2015 ring is also fraudulent
-never had to face OKC in the playoffs
-Grizzlies and Rockets both dealt with big injuries
-Cavs didn

Curry's legacy is exactly where it should be though.

No one ranks Curry as a top 10 player of all time...

He's going to be in the 15-20 range when it's all said and done...which is great.

You look dumb hating on an all time great player.

LeBron has better record than both.

He has definitely been underwhelming in the Finals and you could argue is the definition of a front runner.

With that said, a lot of his criticism comes from the fact that he never won FMVP which is kinda unfair since he clearly got screwed in 2015.

How has curry been underwhelming in the finals? He averages 27/6/6 for his finals CAREER on 59%TS.

That's better than plenty of all time greats...he's a better finals performer than Kobe.

yea, and Kobe is also more than underwhelming

Curry has been alright with historically stacked help next to him ('17, '18), without it, not so much.

Nobody said that. Coming out of the west with a winning record>>> coming out of the jv east with a losing record and not being able to make the playoffs in the west.

Curry isn't a top 500 all-time player.

There's high school players I'd take over him in the finals ... no joke

To be fair, Draymond is the one who recruited KD.

Curry played a role in that.

"[I]Curry told Durant in a text message that he could care less about who is the face of the franchise, who gets the most recognition or who sells the most shoes (Curry is with Under Armor, Durant with Nike). The two-time NBA MVP also told Durant that if Durant won the MVP award again he would be in the front row of the press conference clapping for him. In closing, Curry

If his career ended right now, he wouldn't be anywhere close to that. He has pretty much been exposed at this point. He's a very impressive shooter. He's clearly top 50 all time, as most of the others in the top 50 aren't really all that great/proven in tough spots anyway. So he's certainly an all time great player, in that respect, but he's not even a top 5 player among his contemporaries, depending on how you define that. So unless you are going to be packing your future top 15-20 with 7 or 8 guys in their peaks now, he has no real shot (unless the last third of his career ends up being the best part of it).

Are you talking about the team that swept the defending champ Lakers and a fully healthy Thunder with Durant, Westbrook, and Harden, as well as a fully healthy Miami Heat with Lebron, Bosh, and prime Wade? Justify your shitty opinion. Oh wait, you're a Kobe fan. You worship a guy who would have the legacy of Demar Derozan if he didn't play with two of the best frontcourts of the era.
