I am sorry to say , but Horford is slowing down ,, it is inevitable.

He is in a big mans body trying to play like a PF position out on the wing , and his legs are already showing his age.
He is a smart player, great passer, but really can't create his own shot , unless the clock is winding down.
He has about 2 years left, and any team paying him a 4 year max contract is
way , way off base.
The guy should of stayed with Boston , get a 2 year deal w/team option,
