I'm gonna get smashed but I think kwahi was better for this team.i don't think LeBron would have made the raps better.

LeBron with his team of proven champion vets is still better than the chokers on the Raptors BEFORE Kawhi got there.
LeBron needs TWO superstars/Hall of Famers to win a ring. Without it, he gets swept as WE'VE ALREADY SEEN

Why would you get smashed (or care)?
LeBron been trash without TWO proven All Star/Hall of Famers.
Raptors have NO real All Stars including Lowry.

What the **** are you babbling about, dummy?
The next 5 players who played the most minutes:
Timofey Mozgov - Made the Playoffs with Denver ones and got sent home in the 2nd round
JR Smith - Yeah, he definitely is a proven champion vet
TT - Never made the PO's without LeBron
Shump - I really don't remember Shump being a champion
Delly - :oldlol:
Now tell me which one of those players is better than Lowry, Gasol, Siakam, Green, VenVleet, and Ibaka.
LeBron needs TWO superstars/Hall of Famers to win a ring. Without it, he gets swept as WE'VE ALREADY SEEN
He won a title with a single superstar in '12 and '13 (even though Wade was basically a shell of himself) and without one in '16.
Stop huffing glue, kid.

I understand what OP is saying but it's a ridiculous premise. This team as assembled woukrmy be something that Lebron is attracted to. The offense wouldn't run the same way. A couple of the players would have been traded for ones he his style would gel with.
There is no way of knowing.

Let's not forget he shot 4/21 in the 2nd half of Game 2 and Delly + Shump won the game in OT.
Look at Game 2 - Mozgov had 17 & 11 and JR had 13 off the bench, Game 3 Delly had 20/5/4 and TT had a double-double
They won two games because the Warriors struggled with turnovers and threes, but it wasn't close once Curry heated up for 3 straight games and Iggy started making his wide open 3s.

Using that logic then the Raptors wouldn't have even made the Finals without a historic barrage from 3 during the last few games by VanVleet vs. the Bucks...Last 3 games against the Bucks he shot 14/17 from 3.

LeBron makes his teammates better. Is that news to you?
You want to know how the Cavs performed without LeBron in the game?
Without LeBron James on the floor this series.
JR Smith 0/9 FG
Delly 0/7 FG
J. Jones 0/3 FG
Shumpert 0/2 FG
Total 0/21 FG
The Cavs literally didn't hit a single shot when LeBron was off the court.
Then, there are these little FACTS:
Without James on the floor, Cleveland’s field goal percentage dropped for 40% to 17%, and it’s offensive efficiency fell from 97.3 to 50.9.
Lets not forget that LeBron also lead both teams with 10 points in the 4th Q.
They won two games because the Warriors struggled with turnovers and threes, but it wasn't close once Curry heated up for 3 straight games and Iggy started making his wide open 3s.
They won those two games because LeBron put up 40/14/10/3/2 and carried the Cavs.
He did all this while playing against a 67 win team, when he was on a 54 win team with his #2 and #3 missing the Finals. That team was arguably the WOAT Finals team and LeBron carried them to 2 wins against a 67 win team.
Using that logic then the Raptors wouldn't have even made the Finals without a historic barrage from 3 during the last few games by VanVleet vs. the Bucks...Last 3 games against the Bucks he shot 14/17 from 3.

It's the law of averages, Raptors win Game 1 if Siakam, Marc Gasol and VanVleet aren't historically bad.

Lebron needs at least 2 top 10 stars, everyone knows that.

Lebron does worse with MORE talent - he had a 2-1 lead with Delly/Mosgov, but was down 1-3 with Kyrie/Love until Dray got suspended and the other Warriors got hurt.. :confusedshrug:
You can't make this stuff up - lebron-ball is a cancer alongside other good players - it's a suboptimal way to play, so it needs extra talent to offset the weak teamwork
Like, Love isn't an 8 ppg player - heck, ANYONE could've averaged 8 ppg in those Finals, but lebron needed a 20+ guy to reduce to 8 ppg - that's the extra talent that bron-ball needs to offset the suboptimal teamwork and reduction of teammates

skrait facts. :applause:
and if you think lecosa nostra shits on the likes of bosh, wade, kyrie, love, ray, etc... just imagine what they would do to kyle lowry and pascal siakam if(when) bron ball resulted in yet another record finals loss.
imagine kyle being bron's super team #2 and pascal taking 20 spot up 3s per game. refs woulda had to call the mercy rule.
oh the humanity. :(

As someone else said, he won 2 against a better version of the Warriors with a much worse supporting cast than the current Raptors
