He has the potential to be better than Morant as well, but I'll stick with my guns at him being #3.

- He can create his own shot
- He has a step back shot
- He can create for others (played PG for stretches)
- Good vision
- High Ball IQ
- Can finish at the rim
- Makes shot over long/athletic defenders(he was the focus of the opposing defense)
- Great defensive instincts
- 7'1 wingspan, and he's a legit 6'8, may grow to be a 6'10 guard
He shot 38% from 3 in his first year but regressed to 30% in his 2nd year. I think working with an NBA coach will help his shot tremendously.
Ja morant might look more promising but he can't play a lick of defense. Culver will develop into a two way guard.
