The Sheriff's Office claims that Ujiri told the deputy he was the president of the Raptors and flashed an NBA credential backward, but did not have the yellow armband or purple badge required to access the court. Officials allege that Ujiri pushed and struck the deputy in the face after he refused to let the executive on the court.

Body camera footage showed to The Globe and Mail reportedly shows Ujiri with no credentials in his hand or around his neck.

Because there's no way he punched him hard enough to give him a concussion. He probably fell on his shower tile a couple days later then thought 'hey! There was that dude who shoved me...'

Also, if Ujiri really did sock him in the face rather than just shove him, what kind of cop is he to just let Masai go on his way??! (Unless he had been knocked unconscious, in which case this story would've been much bigger already and there obviously would've been witnesses that saw a cop laying still on the ground)

claimed they watched body cam footage of the altercation and that masai never identified himself.

days later: body cam was turned off when masa shoved the deputy. also, masai identified himself but didn't have the correct credentials.
