Of the three players you listed:

-How many played in a stat restrictive system aka the Triangle?
-How many dribbled top of the key and drive/kick every single play?

Ethered and 1*'d

How is it that a guy with MORE regular season and playoff points like lebron, has a far worse finals record than guys like jordan and kobe who apparently couldnt score as much as him!?!? :biggums:

i mean, the STATS are there for lebron!! so im confused. is there possibly something more important than stats at the end of the day?!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought they both made it to 13 playoffs?

I wonder why LeBron won more playoff series then. Hmm.

1-9 does have its consequences

Jordan is just as good a finisher around the rim as anyone in NBA history. From what I have watched, the best finisher ever. LeBron may have the size and strength advantage (players say MJ was unbelievably strong for his size) but MJ had more agility and the ability to change his shot in mid air and finish. If you ever want to see amazing lay ups and finishes around the rim, check this video out. No way LeBron has this type of body control, not even close...

https://youtu.be/7UC-BBSLgS8

So many more are missing from this compilation video too, one of my faves is vs the Cavs in 90 or 91, Jordan starts from the left baseline, beats his man on a crossover, is met by 2 defenders at the rim with his initial defender behind him and in between all three of them triple clutches in mid air and somehow sneaks the ball past a sea of arms and finishes beautifully off the backboard. I've seen it a few times in other videos but my God, that move floored me back then and still does today.

You brought up "game 7 struggles" as if it's a bad thing.

##NEWS FLASH##

LeBron faced actual competition. That's why his series were tough, hence Boston big 3 in 2012, Kawhi/Duncan Spurs in 2013, etc.

If LeBron faced 10.7 #2 option Jeff Hornacek types every series he wouldn't need a game 7 either :lol

TheCorporation

Hell, come to think of it, the 2013 Paul George Pacers might even be better than any team Jordan ever faced.

#2 option pouring in 19.4 ppg, not 10.7 Even the Pacer's #3 and #4 option outscored MJ's best competition's #2 option (10.7 Hornacek)

https://i.postimg.cc/tCd7h88S/2013-Pacers.png

This could be a new thread...

2013 Pacers #4 option > 1998 Jazz #2 option

2011 Mavs vs

Kobe: 4-0 SWEEP :(
Durant: 4-1
James: 4-2

King James did his best to fend off the Dirk Mavs.

LeBron won more games vs Mavs in 2011 than Kobe and Durant combined :lol
