Plus it was reported that Russell wouldn't meet with us unless he had an assurance that we could create space to sign him

Bruh. Okogie is a good defender, Culver will be a good defender and RoCo is a potential DPOY defense. Russell and KAT aren't good defenders at all but having 3 good/great defenders in your line up goes a long way...

Early executive of the year for Rojas if they unload Wiggins. It doesn’t matter that towns/dlo is likely not to do much in the playoffs. You can recruit a 3rd guy later and this is the best way to keep towns

Looks like it is pretty much a guarantee now. Assuming Russell has already told the Wolves he will commit trades to make it happen should start very soon.

D'Angelo Russell and Karl-Anthony Towns were huddling as recently as yesterday, league sources, while the Wolves have been canvassing the league to make the trades they need to make that can seal the former Nets All-Star as the new point guard in Minnesota

But being the Wolves I always expect something bad to happen at the last moment and then none of this happens.:oldlol:
