I no longer accept the "it's a city...of course it's dirty" excuse anymore after visiting cities that are actually super clean and you don't have to worry about crime.

He actually wasn’t talking about homelessness. He was talking about cities like San Francisco having human shit all over it’s streets.

Same thing with Singapore. It's the culture. People in Singapore and Tokyo (all of Japan actually) Take pride in their city and community. They are polite, look after one another and crime is low.

toyko is 99% japanese... they all follow rules.

we have certain groups that dont behave very well.
