View Full Version : DNC Trying to Bernie Yang?

Yang clocked in at just two minutes and 50 seconds of speaking time. Former Vice President Joe Biden, the 2020 front-runner in most polls, spoke for 12 minutes and 53 seconds, while Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) had 11 minutes and 37 seconds of speaking time.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg (D) were the only other candidates to top 10 minutes in speaking time.
If the establishment is trying to silence -literally in this case - the guy, then it could be that Democrats might have actually a candidate with a good head on his shoulders.

Video of him saying his mic was off too many times while others had no problem:

He's a good candidate. Politics is politics though... he has no chance of winning the general election because of his name and ethnic background. That's just the reality of the voting population.

MSNBC has been bias against yang before the debate. they kept him from debate ads.

He's as white as he is black.

And the media was trying to push him..that entire cycle was a joke on both ends. Right ignored the best candidate, the Left was focused on "First Black or Female President OMGZ!!"

Actually, the media was pushing the establishment Democrat (HRC), Barry came out of nowhere and stole her lunch money. She's just the worst candidate ever, lol. Lost to a black dude with a middle name Hussein when she was being pushed by the DNC, then 8 years later almost lost to a self proclaimed Socialist Jew (with the DNC helping to cheat him out) and goes on to lose to a barely literate reality tv star

Who was the best GOP candidate in 2008?

yang is a lowest tier candidate right now. if he wanted more time, he should have spoke up like williamson or delaney did. it's not a conspiracy.

I think Yang is overrated as a candidate (he is so unbelievably uncharismatic that I can't believe his cult following, and his policies are hit or miss), but there's no doubt that he's treated differently since he's outside the club. They won't care enough to full-on Bernie him, but he will be ghosted in a way that other low-polling players like Gillibrand and Klobuchar would never be.

He's not into the identity politics and blaming Russia for Trump getting elected like the rest of them.

The biggest policy he's running on (UBI) is way too early for the public to care.

If he wanted to gain some ground during the debate, he should have been the only one not to raise their hand when asked if their healthcare policy would provide healthcare for undocumented migrants. That would have gotten him some prime air time to differentiate himself from the rest of the BS politicians.

yup, but he got peer pressured like a bitch. there were many times his policies contradicted conventional democratic position but he does not take advantage of that to separate himself during the debate. it was a pathetic showing. democrats aren't these liberal morons that need every issue to be righteous, a good portion of us if not majority need to hear the truth in how were going to prioritize money, energy and resources and how the media shouldn't influence energy and resources when they blow up an issue that belongs lower on the list of priorities, such as the kids at the border. but democrats like harris will take advantage of a non issue and seem like a hero. same with climate change. same with race related issues. theres hardcore fundemental problems in america that need to be resolved first before we take issues with other shit.
