Let's face it. 4/55 or whatever it is now is funny, but it should've been Curry in 2015. Without him, GS gets beaten handily (and likely swept) by a one-man show.
Without Iggy, GS might still win that series. They'd at least have had a great shot at it.
All of those wide open Iggy threes that he had a year to square up were (as usual) a direct result of Curry being on the court, and Steph was as good or better in just about every relevant stat.
Iggy was valuable, I'm not saying he wasn't great that series containing the GOAT. But Curry was more valuable.

the FMVP should have gone to the guy who accounted for 28% of the assists, 37% of the turnovers and scored 26% of your points
instead of the 17% of assists, 8% of turnovers, and 16% of points
Lebron: 56% of assists, 29% of turnovers, and 42% of points
plus, Iggy took 14% of the 2s and 19% of the 3's while Curry took 25% of the 2's and 35% of the 3's

You are the most random user by far. Most of your comment doesn't even make sense.

Obviously not. But because of Curry's ability to create, the offensive stats were comparable enough for the voters to justify giving it to him. You think if Curry averages 26 and Iggy averages 7, he still gets it just for his D? Hell no.
Iggy was important in those Finals. Probably more important than Dray and Klay. Just not more than Steph.

The way I look at it is which player was most indispensable to the team's success in that series, and I just don't see the Warriors winning without Steph, whereas they might still have won a tough game 7 without Iggy.
Just like Jordan was indispensable for the Bulls winning the 96 finals, not Rodman. Take Jordan out of that series, and the Bulls don't have enough offense. Take Rodman out and it's a tossup, where the Bulls have a slight edge in tight 7 game series, because Jordan.
