The thought that a kid coming out of HS could just force his way to the Lakers :lol . Kobe worked out with a bunch of teams and impressed Jerry West, who made sure the Lakers got him in a trade.

Of course he's going to make sure the other team doesn't draft him once West tells him he's going to be a Laker. Imagine being a teenager and having a Laker great tell you he wants you on the team.

It's actually pathetic when you think about it. These dudes want to be in LA clearly.. They would rather join the joke franchise Clippers just to avoid Lebron and this historic franchise they grew up idolizing.

I honestly hope AD leaves next summer to the celtics to complete this absolute clown show so I can never watch basketball again.
