Nice.
Lakers doing a good job building this out with what is left, but still going to be a pretty bad cast.

Well with Kawhi they would of had worse cast.. but a big 3...with that said lakers need to make smart moves filling out roster cousins and or Morris would be nice additional pieces at this point.

With Leonard it doesn't matter.
That is irrelevant as they were winning multiple titles for sure in the next few years with college players.

It is a perimeter league so Marcus would be better.. He is a nice player.. And would probably be the LAKERS third best player if they were able to get him.. NO.. Kuzma isnt as good as Morris cuz Morris can actually defend and he is a tough guy.. Every team needs a tough guy.. Lakers dont have any as of now..

I think they might be able to maneuver around KCP and McGee's contract to keep that cap space open. So they might still have 14 mil or so.

Huh? How can you maneuver around 14 mil?

KCP and McGee on bird rights, you sign them after everyone else allows LA to go over the cap. That and the room exception for 4.8 mill is what should be left to sign players for.

I'm even surprised to say it but...Lakers aren't doing so bad filling their roster
It may still have some holes but far less then 4 guys and a GLeague team
They are one AD injury away from missing the playoffs, though

I don't think you know what you're talking about, could you show the math that back this up?
I literally just posted the numbers.
Green - 15 Mil
Javale - 4 Mil
KCP - 8 Mil
Cook - 3 Mil
Add those numbers up and what do you get? 30 million. The amount of cap space the Lakers had with the AD trade going through.

Lakers have 9.6 mil left Morris, cousins, Bradley.. at least one of those 3 should be signed.

Hilarious.
Not sure if the thread still exists, but so many Lakers fans argued with me forever about how they needed a strong veteran to influence the young guys and how that was a good deal.

I don't know what Lakers fans you were arguing with but if you actually posted in Lakers forum, quite a few of us were confused by the Deng/Mozgov signings. They made no sense at the time. They were overpaid, but more importantly too long & no way out. Jim Buss and Kupchuk didn't even have a team option on the 4th year to get out a year earlier.. They were always terrible deals :confusedshrug:

in the past, he would have been the back to back game guy, now he's just out there so the Lakers don't seem anti-social

They were idiotic panic moves that none of us wanted at the time.
Team was in shambles and couldn't attract anyone, they proceeded to make the problem worse:lol
Did deng even play more than 5 minutes for the lakers or in the league again? Same with mozgod actually:roll:
Reminds me of the similar idiotic Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva Detroit pairing a few years back
cook can shoot. just can't let this kid dribble.
