So sick of these players hopping around the league.
Bran is the ultimate quitter and coward.
But Kawhi quit on the Spurs and now quit on a title team.
This goes back to street ball as a kid; if you win, you stay on the court with your team. If you lose, you run it back with the same squad for revenge.
I miss players like Duncan, Bird, Kobe, Dirk, Magic, etc.
If you win, stay on. If you lose, get revenge.
What a bitch ass league the NBA is.

Who the **** would want to stay in Toronto?
Can any of you see yourselves living in that sub zero temperature wasteland?

I've got zero problems with him bolting. It was him being a man of his word. He was planning for La since the spurs and he went to L.A. Toronto got a chip out of the deal so they both won. Hell of a gamble by Masai and it worked in the end.

Kawhi was actually colluding with PG throughout this whole year. Not sure about KD, I think that was just recent.
But yeah, this cements the NBA as a completely different league (player power/culture) compared to even a decade ago. Completely foreign to the 80's and even 90's with play style, culture, player power.
Players now more than ever decide their fates...which I'm okay with if it ends up with a more balanced league like now.
BUT, we need to avoid what happened in Golden State.
