Jerry West's resume:

- 80's Lakers (5 Championships, 9 Finals)

- Shaq / Kobe / Phil Lakers (3 Championships, 4 Finals)

- Curry / Klay / Durant / Green Warriors (3 Championships, 5 Finals)

- Kawhi / PG Clippers

That's 3 dynasties + 1 potential dynasty on the way.

yes easy

In 2011, West joined the Warriors. He famously opposed trading Klay Thompson to Minnesota for Kevin Love in 2014, helping to save the Splash Brothers, after lobbying to draft Thompson in 2011. West is also widely credited with helping seal the deal with Kevin Durant in free agency in 2016. Back-to-back titles ensued.

I believe he took over the Lakers after the '82 season. That means that he was GM for the Showtime Lakers' last 3 titles, but the point still stands. Yes...IMO. He is the greatest GM ever.

Also it's worth noting that while they didn't win a title under his leadership, he turned the Grizzlies from bottom feeders to playoff contenders.
