Sixers sign Norvel Pelle to two-way contract

The Sixers last week signed Norvel Pelle to a two-way contract.

He's listed as 6-foot-11, 231 pounds, born February 3rd, 1993.

He spent the 2018-19 season with their G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.

In 36 G League games (26 starts), Pelle averaged 11.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.9 blocks (fourth in the G League) in 22.8 minutes per game.

His .703 field-goal percentage led the G League.

He was named to the 2018-19 G League All-Defensive Team.

He finished third in voting for Defensive Player of the Year.

Means he can only spend so much time on the Sixers. He will be with their Gleague team mostly
