i was reading on reddit that the legal workaround the club's blatant women's night promotion is in the finer details "person must wear a dress", so if u wanted to sue, you'd have to wear a dress and be denied the discount or entry.

A lot of events are stated "POC only" especially on college campuses. They are not enforced though because that would bring legal troubles but it's enough that white people just say to themselves "I'm not going where I'm not wanted" and don't attend.
