Kawhi won a championship for that bum ass franchise and this is how raptors fans repay him?

Saying they shouldn't retire his jersey, he doesn't deserve a tribute video when he comes to Toronto and that it was the Raptors that won the title for Kawhi, not the other way around:roll:

f*ck all y'all. Enjoy being irrelevant for the next decade, bitch ass nyukkas

Kawhi did nothing special. He feasted on a injury riddled squad. Swap in demar for the finals and you get the same result.

Na, f uck him.

Glad he didn't go to Lakers.

And he won without a super team.

And he's the best in the world.

BUT you run it the f uck back after winning. Same squad. Go back to back.

Sick of these team bouncing f ucks.

Justin I usually agree with you, but you're wrong with this one. He's a free agent, he can do whatever the FVCK he wants and if he wants to go home then so be it.

You praise Kyrie all the time but I don't see you complaining about Kyrie bouncing to Brooklyn

Imagine if Demar had current Siakam and Marc Gasol while he was with Toronto? It's a wrap.

Any top 20 player could beat Steph, Dray and a hobbled Cousins/Iggy/Looney with that stacked roster. :lol

Na, Kyrie's a bitch.

He didn't have a true second option in Boston, but he has proven he is certifiable.

Sick of his ass, too.

Well, Kawhi was a liability in the 4th quarters and the 4th best player in game 6.

So I get how Toronto won it for him.

Why you mad?

Raptors fans have been pretty chill about the whole thing.

I don't think you retire a jersey for one year. It's an organizational thing, and the organization bent over backwards for him (load management?), but more importantly he was only with the company for one year.

Raptors deserve a lot of credit. The owners and the GM made the moves to make this team a champion, Kawhi was part of the recipe.

1-they moved off the face of the franchise (DeRozan)
2-they gambled their rental would pay off (Kawhi)
3-they hired a rookie coach over Mike Bud (Nurse)
4-they let Siakam loose earlier than projected (Siakam)
5-they acquired Gasol (Gasol)
6-they convinced Ibaka having Gasol play some of his minutes was a good idea (Ibaka)
7-they developed VanVleet and went with him when he was struggling (VanVleet)
8-they didn't unload Lowry. (Lowry)

All the right decisions were made, Kawhi was the biggest but still there was a lot to it.

Not sure if you're trolling but I'd say 99% of fans appreciate Kawhi.

That being said, Kawhi has a lot to be thankful for as well. He should thank Toronto for being the only organization to believe in him when he was losing credibility in San Antonio. He should be thankful of how Toronto's staff treated his injury by sitting him and resting him. He should be thankful we catered to him as if hes been our star player for years. He should be thankful we put him in a situation to win a title. He should be thankful we put him in a situation to get a max term deal. He should be thankful that he had a chance to finally prove he wasnt just a system player.

I've never seen Kawhi get as much publicity as he did last year.

Should we retire his Jersey for 1 season? I dont think so.. but there should be a tribute video.

LMAO, FOH with this Bullsh*t:roll:

"He should thank Toronto for being the only organization to believe in him when he was losing credibility in San Antonio."

You really think the Clippers and Lakers didn't believe in him when he was still with the Spurs? Clippers wanted this guy since 2015. Lakers begged for him but Gregg Popovich hated the Lakers

"He should be thankful of how Toronto's staff treated his injury by sitting him and resting him."

Oh, you mean an organization took care of its superstar like it's supposed to? What was Masai going to do? Mistreat Kawhi and force him to play through injury thus scaring away any free agents in the future?

"He should be thankful we catered to him as if hes been our star player for years."

Every organization would do that for Kawhi. Stop acting like what Raptors did was anything special.

"He should be thankful we put him in a situation to win a title."

Bullsh*t. He carried the Raptors throughout the entire playoff run. Go rewatch the playoff run, everyone was scared of the moment except for Kawhi. Everyone was struggling offensively except for Kawhi. Kawhi won the title for Raptors.

"He should be thankful we put him in a situation to get a max term deal."

He did that himself by playing his ass off winning a championship for the Raptors

"He should be thankful that he had a chance to finally prove he wasnt just a system player. "

He proved that a long time ago before he came to the Raptors. Right now you're just disrespecting Kawhi.

Raptors fans should be grateful Kawhi won a championship for Toronto. Right now you're going back to being irrelevant for the next decade:roll:

stop lying OP. I've seen everyone around here say nothing but positive things, except a few scrubs here and there that literally don't know shit about hoops.

he will absolutely get a standing ovation when he returns. and then he will get booed just like any other player after the game starts - like it should be

players come and go - banners hang forever.
