a star glimmers on high, to call out the glory and the honor
a luster that shines enchantingly, and the souls of the people rejoice with it
and clouds come down in forgiveness, to water a heart set aflame
it sings with love and mercy, and the rings that adorn it take shape
o symbol announcing the da'wa, o provident torch of light
o sea whose shore is a guidance, carrying souls to find it
youths have passed over the waves resolute in worship of the Creator
they were given the book of the Lord to become a renewing crown
