Just comply! Him repeating that over and over was excruciating to hear. You're ****ed anyways either way.

This whole situation was cringe to say the least but some of y'all sound like you don't know shit about the law. The cop is full of racist trash. Talking about no supervisor gtfoh. Racist cops always use the specific language excuse as to why they misconducted the situation. The supervisor is actually the watch commander and that's what he was requesting. You have the right to wait for him to handle the situation. You are not legally required to be handled by the officer on the scene because his party is bias that's why you can ask for the watch commander to handle it. Its their law lol. This cop wanted to be the end jury and flex his power. He said no I'm the supervisor which is a lie then deprived him of his legal rights by refusing to comply with the watch commander inquiry. Then physically assaulted the guy and is going to change his life. All because Malik couldn't properly communicate watch commander. Now the cops have a leg to stand on and will get away with it and prosecute Malik lol. Ultimately in the end it's for sure Malik's fault and he will go down but just a couple of different decisions could of made this same situation be completely in Maliks favor.

What a rant for nothing. Cop was definitely in his right for Malik "to be handled by the officer on the scene". Malik was drunk AF, more than twice the legal limit. His speech was slurred, cop obviously suspected he was drunk. DUI is a crime, not just a traffic violation. Show me where a cop has to wait for his superior when a crime is in progress. Malik could have taken off in the car and drove drunk in the snow and killed himself or someone else if the cop doesn't detain him on the spot. He could barely manage driving in the snow covered parking lot without spinning out in his condition.

You're full if shit he was already cooperating by sitting there requesting the supervisor. I agree he needed to be detained there's no arguement in that. His ass was sitting in the car though asking for a supervisor already detained and the cop deprived him of rights. And lol at your ass not knowing you can escalate anything to a watch commander. I don't have to do shit with the officer on the scene as long as I'm not leaving the scene.

Yeah, well your ass is going to end up like Malik then. If you are in your car and obviously drunk, you absolutely have to do what the officer tells you. Whether it's to remain in the car, give him the keys or submit to a field sobriety test. Cops just don't let drunk people walk around and choose what they are going to do and not do around their car. The car is basically a weapon at that point. If Malik had taken off drunk and killed your mom on the road, you'd be screaming, "why didn't the cop do something!".
Bitches feel so entitled these days. Even when they are committing crimes. :oldlol:

The cops in Canada would have also likely given him a felony for his DUI, although he might be facing one now for all the commotion he caused. First time DUI offenses in Canada, can and do result in felonies. In most parts of US it's a misdemeanor for the first couple of times unless you're in accident. If it's an accident with injury then you could be facing a felony for your first DUI offense in the US.
So would you rather get a supervisor to make you put on your big boy pants and them hand you a felony DUI conviction in Canada or act like a decent human being with the cop on scene, swallow your pride, and walk away with a misdemeanor here in the states? It's pretty obvious what most people would choose.

How is he doing to take off when he's walking into the store? Cop should have just said "chill inside here with me for a min, my supervisor is on the way." Ol Malik wasn't posing a threat to anyone. Just a lil tipsy and probably tired of having to repeat himself over and over. Instead the cop tried to manhandle and taze a pro football player who pretty much just laughed it all off. The cop didn't bring out the gun because he knows if he does, his life is over. Cops completely trash the store and then leave without offering to clean up their mess. This video could have been even better if the owner was like "where the fucc you think your going? Get back in here and pick up this shit up off the floor right now! Who the fucc do you think you are messing up my store?" :lol Then just keep replying with "i don't give a shit if your tazer didn't work on him, pick this shit up" regardless of any responses being given to him by the police..

the issue lies with our government. there's no real oversight to keep them in check. police unions cuck our goverment.
we're applauding the policeman in this situation bc he kept his cool instead of shooting Malik...i mean sure, cop did good, but the fact that this isn't the norm is the real issue. we have such low standards for cops that this cop could have shot Malik and it would be par for the course.
then again, alot of trump supporters have never been out of the country so they don't know that cops can be level headed.

I guess the same way he walked from his vehicle to the store. In what bizzaro world do cops let a guy who's being suspected of a crime just walk around freely and dictate to the police what they are and aren't going to do? :oldlol: He asked the cop for HIS insurance. Should the cop have said, "Yes sir. What would you like first Mr. MM? For me to call for my supavizor or my insurance documents...sir?". :lol
I do feel kind of bad for MM. He had a super promising career that he's probably tossed away before it ever really began. Anyone arguing in Malik's favor here is someone that will perpetually go through life with a victim hood mentality because they think they're stuck where they're at became of the color of the skin. That will shape their own reality into being a much shittier version of itself than it otherwise had to be.
