Not too spectacular.
But better than an apartment.
Love the old school vibe.
My kids have a yard and we have more privacy.
Praise God.

Not a heap but it always interested me.
I can't imagine it would be super hard when you already have the actual structure. It is an ancient method, but once you have it down should be easy.
All that old school boutique cooking is pretty popular in the foodie scene these days.
Making me hungry just thinking about it.

Thanks ego and Roc.
But I think this house may be haunted.
Just discovered attic, but I need a ladder to reach.
If I find out someone is living up there, he has to chip in on rent.
Damn...another weird noise.
I'm here alone, too.

Congrats Stalk, that does honestly look like a nice cozy house with a nice backyard.
Couple of questions while watching the video:
1. What is the location of this place, you still in Gainsville?
2. How many bedroom/bathroom (didn't finish video) and how much was the house?
3. How in the 3 Sam hells can you afford this place when you don't have a job? What is your income situation looking like?

I'm in the middle of the state, so hurricanes dwindle immensely by the time they get to me. (If they even make it)
But yes, it's quite sturdy.

Outskirts of Gainesville.
2/3 bedroom depending how you want to use it. Just one bathroom. House is only 150 more than I was paying in rent at the apartment.

I legit want to get some old door knobs now like those and restore them. I remember my grandmother's house having those glass/crystal knobs when would I spend the summers there. I totally forgot those those things existed.
Amazon sells a bunch of them, but I'd still like to find originals and restore them,
Congratulations on the purchase.

All in good time. Once his landlord sees that Justin is such a baller and a hustler, he's liable to take out a loan and co-sign it so that Justin winds up making monthly payments towards actually paying off the home that are LESS than what he's currently paying now!
"But what makes you think the current owner would be willing to take a loss and make less per month?"
Because he'd be getting paid off from the bank in the lump some value of the home at the minimal risk of cosigning someone that has more hustle and heart than he himself has ever had. :applause:
