Not in game, but people forget that Dr.J was 34 when he first participated in the first NBA Dunk Contest and, among else, dunked from damn close to the FT line - and it was seen by many as an upset that he ended up 2nd.

I'm sure he had his good share of in-game dunks. He was probably about 34 or even older when he performed a somewhat famous dunk over Larry Nance.
