And he's just gotten worse. How do you win a ring with this dude? Michael Jordan couldn't win a ring with Westbrook next to him.

You ain't lying. I think if you measure a players' value by how likely their presence on your team is to end with a championship, Westbrook might actually be BOTTOM 30 in the league, since he gives back so much of what he does well on the court, while dominating the ball and commanding a max deal.

It will be real interesting to see what happens at the end of close games. I'm sure Harden isn't going to be pleased with Westbrook taking a bad three in the last minute of tight games.

Check his MVP year. He was easily the most clutch player in the league. But he does have his questionable moments, have to agree.

This will be the first year that we see a relaxed no-rush Westbrook. This guy has no pressure or burden to carry a team anymore. His efficiency is going to skyrocket (for him)

At this point Westbrook is becoming underrated

Dude is waaaay better than the narratives here would have you believe. He should have a strong year this upcoming season

I get why you feel that way since the fan groupthink bug has hit him both positively and negatively, but to me he's actually somehow still overrated.

But he was never that good to begin with. Even him his most acclaimed season‘s over stupid arbitrary triple doubles, where his teammates basically facilitated it for consecutive years. It’s losing basketball. And then he probably got dicked down by an actual basketball player with skill in Damian Lillard. Dame embarrassed him. Even in his MVP season I’m pretty sure he got out played by a rookie Donovan Mitchell.
