first of all, that ain't no hood.

that street is las vegas blvd, the most expensive and most well-known strip in vegas where where all the top 5-star hotel casinos are located.

on that strip, you'd find all sorts of people walking around -- white, black, mexican, european, asian tourists, kids, retirees, rich people, poor people, literally anybody and everybody, etc.

if you go there, you'd probably see like 100 chinese tourists within about 3 minutes.
