It's only his second year, so we still have time to figure him out.
He has talent and length. What I'm suspect on is his motor. Doesn't seem like he has any fire to him.

This offseason was frustrating hearing people not wanting to resign Vooch. They swore up and down Fultz and Bamba are the new Shaq and Penny. Meanwhile Fultz hasn't even dressed, and Bamba looks like he couldn't care less if he plays or sits on the bench.
