Reading posts on the Heat forum there and they just make shit up and then comment on it like if it were real NBA facts. Imaginative yet schizophrenic, weird fictional shit. Why am I reading this shit?

Is this children?

player comparisons board even though it's "geeky" and pro certain players like bron and kg and anti other players like kobe is the highlight of the board. I think the trade rumors board is ok too.

RealGM used to be a really good board over 10 years ago. It has been on a pretty gradual decline for quite awhile. I hardly ever read it anymore and when I do it

I post links to most of my stats...

- So we know for a FACT that 80% of Curry's threes are described by NBA.com as "open" (4-6 feet from closest defender) or "wide open" (6+ feet)... And his efficiency is infact weak on contested jumpers from three or mid-range - he's simply a weak contested jumpshooter and therefore not the goat jumpshooter... Btw, the entire league shoots their threes MORE open than Curry does - 89% of the NBA's threes are open or wide open (vs. 80% for Curry)

- So we know for a FACT that lebron's teammates see their assists crater alongside him (playmaking), while their assisted rate increases (play-finishing).. So he reduces teammates to predictable play-finishers, thus lowering the capacity of the team... The result is 3/9 and ceding the best teams of his era to other guys (Curry, Duncan)

- So we know for a FACT that Lebron is the only non-PG in the top 25 for time of possession.. His presence as a 2nd player with a PG time of possession gives teammates less time with the ball and less assists then they get in 1-PG lineups on other teams... Lower assists from teammates results in low TEAM assists and a low ball-movement brand that struggles on the championship level.. 3/9

- So we know for a FACT that since 1991, only 5 guys have won championships while averaging over 8 apg in either the regular season, playoffs, or Finals.. So in the new era, high apg players that excessively reduce teammates to play-finishers are overrated and rarely win.. Instead, most rings are won by versatile, timely scorers that can play off teammates and don't overdo the playmaking (4-7 apg is optimal)

Sports message boards have all evolved to having the most toxic people occupying it. Good civil conversation has gone the way of the dinosaur. It's a sh1t show anywhere you go
