A quesadilla is a tortilla with cheese, if you add meat, it's no longer considered a quesadilla, it's called a gringa where I'm at (might have a different name according to region). Now a quesadilla can have other ingredients (onions, tomatoes, peppers, guacamole etc...), just not meat or it would be considered a different dish.
