stop seasoning your food(including your vegetables eat them without oil, butter, or seasoning). You will eat less cause it doesnt taste as good
work out ( you dont have to work out for 2 hours. 30-45mins out of 24 hours is nothing and you can even take Sunday off)
NO ALCOHOL
only drink water nothing else (not diet soda, not Selzer water, not flavored water)
eat fruit and vegetables every single day
give up all fried foods....all of it
give up all junk food....all of it (including yogurts, cereal, and ice cream)
give up bread, tortillas, taco shells(no matter how they are made)
make every single thing you eat
dont use any sauces on food before or after making it.Eat that shit plain!
rotate your meats (steak,pork,chicken,fish,lamb,hard-boiled eggs, ect) do not just keep eating the same thing every day or you will end up hating it
(and if you want it to go by faster.Give up pickles, pickled jalpenos, and pretty much anything that adds flavor to foods)
thats all you have to do...its literally thats easy. You dont have to give up anything else or eat anything you dont like.
Once you lose the weight, you can go back to doing what you want til you want to lose weight again

Uh, yeah, here's a suggestion.
Eat less, move more.
That's literally it. Am I coming off as an ass? Sure...am I 100% correct? Absolutely.

Track your calories and make sure you're in a deficit pretty much, anything more than 1000 calories a week isn't recommended for health reasons.

My way you wont be hungry all dayI didn't say that you can't have big meals, just measure to make sure you're not eating more calories than you need to. Shit, you can eat Burger King and lose weight as long as you track how much you eat. People end up being too lazy to track, becoming obese, then wonder where they went wrong because all they ate were foods that had huge portions and calories.

he explained that already my dude. no seasoning = bland food = appetite shrinkage
I think it's a horrible strategy, but at least get it right
Btw, i can cook a steak with no seasoning and it will be amazing, so idk bout the whole steak thing. u dont need to put anything on beef, that shit was made by god to taste delicious (long as you cook it correctly)

Look into intermittent fasting and perhaps keto diet, but if you at least just do intermittent fasting while eating somewhat healthy and low carb it'll get you a long way.
E.g 8 hour eating window and 16 hours(including sleep) where you only drink water.
You can look up intermittent fasting to learn about all the pro's, but the big ones is that for 8 hours you're allowed to eat basically as much as you want(as long as low carb and definitely not sweets), which will go a long way psychologically because you get a daily release point.
If you eat fairly healthy and low carb, it'll be very hard to consume more calories than you need, especially if you stay away from bread, pasta and rice.
The downside for many is that it can take a bit of effort getting used to not eating for 16 hours daily, but I'd argue that it's much easier than trying to eat as much as you're doing now volume wise, but exclusively low calorie stuff. No just wake up, drink a big glass of water to start the day and do a few more until 12PM, then eat what you want until 8PM but most of it in meat and veggies.
Another positive doing it this way is that you'll feel alive so to speak, that you're flesh and blood that needs energy to stay going - quite a bit different than just eating all day and never really feeling your hunger.
One more good tip is that if you really feel like sweets at some point in the day, you can have them, but you have to eat a real meal first - most of the time you won't feel like the sweets after.
I can't recommend this method enough and I've lost plenty of weight quite comfortably while still getting to eat foods that I really enjoy.
Avocado, broccoli and brussel sprouts are some of the best veggies you can eat and the avocado especially you should aim for one a day as it has a lot of good fats and nutrition that you'll need.
Blanche some broccoli quickly and then fry it in butter and garlic/garlic salt, it's really good.
As mentioned, do lots of meats and eggs next to it and leave the bread, pasta and rice alone.
Just try and look into keto, Joe Rogan e.g has talked a lot about it in his podcasts, and follow it if you can, but if not then try and get as close to it as possible. Outside of losing weight you'll also get a clearer mind, more energy and more stable level of energy throughout the day. Like feeling tired after lunch doesn't happen really when eating like this as your blood sugar levels aren't going up and down all the time.
Hope it helps, but this has my personal stamp of approval and I think it's so much more maintainable than eating rice cakes and what not 6 times a day, as that'll just make you crave food even more. No just get used to feeling a bit hungry in the mornings while squashing most of that by drinking water, and then not snacking into bedtime while watching TV.
Add physical activity to this and it of course speeds it up while bringing other benefits, but for weight it's always going to be your diet that's most important.

I was a fat fvck in my late teens - early 20's. At my worst I was around 250-260, when I was around 20 I decided to hit the gym, in the summer of 2013, at age 22, I dropped all the way down to 154, intense cardio was the way I did it. I haven't gained the weight since. I'm usually around 160-175. I'm actually at 154 right now because I've been watching what I eat.
I still hit the gym every single day. I run around 25 miles a week. Did a spartan race a few months back with 3 other old friends and I smoked all of them, something I never thought I would do when we were in high school.

more of a discipline thing. if you eat late at night, you're more than likely acting on urges to eat despite already having had dinner.

To lose weight and keep it off you need to make a lifestyle change. Diets are good but people once they lose weight and reach their goal tend to go back to eating the way they did before they lost weight The real goal is to burn more calories than you take in. My recommendations are below:
- Get a fitness tracker / smart watch that tracks steps like a Fitbit or Apple watch. There are several brands out there. I use Fitbit and love it. Get at least 10,000 steps per day. Park at the back of parking lots and take the stairs when possible to get more steps.
- Eat a decent breakfast a healthy lunch and a lighter dinner. Never eat after 6 - 7 PM because it gives you more time to burn the calories you consume.
- If you have to eat while you are out, try to eat something healthier like Subway or a deli. Avoid regular fast food
- Eat grilled meat and avoid fried food except for special occasions.
- Drink a big glass of water prior to eating a meal. It will make you feel fuller faster.

Sugar is the enemy. Avoid anything labelled nonfat or low fat. It seems counterintuitive but these products have added sugar. Sugar is much worse for you than the fats in things like whole milk.
Lower your carbohydrate intake. Go for low carb wraps instead of bread for sandwiches. Eat green leafy veggies over things like potatoes and carrots. Avoid processed foods.
Read the ingredients when shopping for food. Avoid anything that has high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient.
Oh, and exercise. :oldlol:
All that being said, allow yourself one cheat day a week. By that I don't mean binging on crap, but have one thing like pizza or a nice dessert.
