Most of the "views" are Xiao opening up his threads and reading through em over and over. Of course you are going to encourage it...not to say that I am discouraging it, but don't act like he some famous blog writer being read all over the world. We see what you're doing with that.


Why don't you let Xiao take over the ISH Blogs if you encourage him to continue "blogging" on the Jazz team forum? Give him an actual space to be read, and make a name for himself at the same time. Or is it more convenient to keep him on a forum no one frequents?
