He's right. This whole safe space/everyone is a winner was created by shit parents that didn't want to be embarrassed at the PTA meeting due to their kid under-performing.

In New Zealand we are starting to encourage this everyone gets a medal generation... It's going to water down our sporting talent. Just because you show up, even if you're bad at the sport you have chosen to play, you still get game time like everyone else. It's going to discourage the top percentile from trying to be the best, and discourage the less than average players from trying to get better because they get game time anyway. It is not the way to create talent.

Isn't there an old video in a court that looks just like that of some guy recording himself shooting around by himself, talking trash, I think maybe about Kobe or Lebron. That video was popular like 7 years ago or something.
