Unofficial date estimates for 2019-20 NBA preseason and regular season

Just from seeing the handful of preseason schedules that have come out so far, it seems like 2019-20 NBA preseason might be around Oct. 3 or 4 thru Oct. 18, and regular season might start around October 22.
