Who is going to guard Jokic? Myles Turner and Mason Plumlee?

Who is going to score layups when 7-4 Boban is allowed to camp in the paint all game long (no def 3-seconds).

Jokic is the best center in the game, scratch that, the best big man in the world. Under FIBA rules, that means he is likely the best player in the world.

Sure he will, considering he will be starting for Serbia he is bound to play better than the 10 games, 10 minutes per game he got with the Clips.

Serbia does have a solid squad compared to other nations, I can't deny that even tho I may be biased against em, but other than their big man rotation I don't see why the USA couldn't take them down. I think Kuz, Julius Randle, and Tatum are going to surprise people. These young bucks have a chip on their shoulder and something to prove. And they got Donovan Mitchell too?

No they are not, if you go to the USA team thread you'll see posters saying how this USA team will get embarrassed in the cup. I just don't see that happening.


They could lose, but that in itself would not be an embarrassment. I fully see them going far in this tourny and still as the team to beat.

Teodosic didn't play and he is the primary play maker, as soon as it was announced that he was out I knew we were done. The rest of the players seemed way to flat after game 1 and 2

Would have been nice to see Slovenia and Croatia have a crack they both have very solid teams as well. Especially Slovenia
